Hard cheese

Hard cheese is an extremely popular sandwich filling. In fact, hard cheese accounts for two thirds of the total sandwich filling market in Scandinavia. But there are many other delicious ways of eating hard cheese. Why not try it the continental way: simply cut off a piece with a knife. (Cheese slicers are virtually non-existent outside Scandinavia.) A chunk of cheese makes a delicious snack, and goes with almost anything.
Hard cheese is also good for your teeth. Because it contains concentrated milk (10 kg of milk is used to make 1 kg of cheese), it’s extremely rich in calcium. A small chunk of cheese after your meal helps prevent tooth decay – and tastes delicious!
