Cooking with cheese

Cheese adds unique aroma and charisma to your cooking. It’s also an effective flavour-enhancer that heightens the properties of other raw ingredients. Melt Gorgonzola in pasta, use creamy cheese as a filling in meat dishes, or top an oven-baked dish with a delicious layer of Herrgårds cheese.
